Helga - Relaxation Tea
This tea blend consists of a composition of herbs that I created for my wife, Anka. It is named after her fashion label, Helga .
This herbal tea is designed to help you find yourself again after a hard day at work or a stressful time, and to help you relax and find inner balance.
Ingredients: Lemon balm leaves, birch leaves, lavender, elderflower. (All ingredients are organically grown)
Preparation: For each cup (approx. 200ml), finely chop the amount of herbs that would fit on a heaped tablespoon. Let it steep for a maximum of 10 minutes.
