Loki - Clarifying Herbal Tea
This tea blend consists of my very personal favorite herbs in a harmonious composition.
This herbal tea is intended for physical and energetic cleansing. In addition to its many beneficial and soothing ingredients, green oat tea promotes metabolism and digestion, thus supporting detoxification.
Ingredients: Green oats, spearmint, birch leaves, nettle, elderflower, linden blossom, ribwort plantain. (All ingredients are organically grown)
Preparation: For each cup (approx. 200ml), finely chop the amount of herbs that would fit on a heaped tablespoon. Let it steep for a maximum of 10 minutes.
